Jeanette Moore has been in the mortgage industry for nine years, with the last six at Northwest Mortgage. She loves the collaborative atmosphere and highly values every member of her team. As the welcoming face at the front door and the friendly voice on the phone, Jeanette plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations. She assists loan officers and processors with most loans and manages the vibrant life of the office plants.

Her journey into the mortgage world began when a close friend helped her land her current role as she moved to a new position. Jeanette had once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but she found her true calling in helping people navigate the complex process of securing home loans. At work, Jeanette is powered by plenty of coffee and a lively environment; outside of work, her energy still comes from coffee but also from embracing the great outdoors. On weekends, Jeanette lives up to her 'weekend warrior' status, engaging in a wide range of activities from attending concerts and festivals to hiking and kayaking.

Living in Puyallup with her two cats, Jeanette enjoys reading and gaming in her downtime. A lesser-known fact about her is her ambitious goal to qualify for the Boston Marathon!
